Sent an email cover letter with resume, and heard back a few days later requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was tepid, but I was invited in for a technical interview nonetheless. Technical Interview: I was grilled by three people in rapid succession, each on different topics. The first was a macro view of my skills and accomplishments. The second was a brutal test of Java knowledge. The third was a brutal test of databases knowledge. I was offered coffee and tea, which helped.
