I went straight to 2 face to face interviews due to recruiter referral. They were straightforward, discussion of cloud, provisioning, CI/CD, monitoring, security, system design etc. They were going to offer, however the salary was only just at my current salary and still wasn't finalised. Then management of technical operations changed and the salary went down by £10K, then the role disappeared entirely.
