Applied online and got a phone interview a couple days later. Have been in other similar supply chain roles and knew what the company was looking for, what was expected and what I could bring to the team. When I gave them my salary range based on what I felt was appropriate for the position I noticed a change of tone in the interview. Not surprisingly I was ghosted after that. Overall had a positive experience and it seems like a good place to work.
