I applied through campus career fair. The process took three months. The first interview was on-campus behavioral interview in early September. All general questions about your background, your resume, and why you choose Cummins. The second one was a phone call from a director of supply chain in early December. No real technical questions. People there are very friendly and helpful.

2 step process. One interview was behavioral other was technical. Everyone was very helpful and was very willing to explain and explore their careers. Also explained how you can move up in ranks within the company.

A phone interview was conducted after I received an invitation for an interview. I think the interview question is not hard, HR just want to know your personality and dose your value is matched with Cummins.

Applied through on campus career fair. Interviewed in person on campus and again over the phone. Overall process was pretty easy although it did take several months from the first interview to receiving an offer.
