It took 45 min for the interview, she said her manager was going to call me in a few days for a follow up, but never did. HR should not say they are going to call when they don't, she said I was perfect for the position and really pleased her.
interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.
