The interview process was a bit long when I was hired. One 1 hour phone interview followed with an in-person interview with 4 Executives. It took almost 3 months from the first contact to the time I was hired.

I met with the team members, HR, hiring manager, other assistants to get a full view of the company as a whole. I felt like I had a 360 view of the team, culture, company, etc.

It began with a phone screening and then a phone interview. After that I was scheduled for in person interviews and was taken around the office to meet everyone I would be working with.
