Online interview followed by an assessment centre of a whole day, where I had to do group exercises and individual presentation. The questions on the days were a mix of competence based questions and personality based ones.

One interview with 2 Purchasing Directors. Mainly conversational with situational questions diving into work experience and work history. Lasted about an hour, mainly looking for personality fit within a hardworking team that's goal is to get the job done.

phone call with HR led to a video interview with team. nothing out of the ordinary. they did not listen to my salary expectations and offered me far less then i currently make which i did make clear to them from the start so i declined their offer.
