Once your resume got shortlisted, there will be 2 interviews, Behavourial interview and Functional interview. Both the interviews have a similar pattern you will need to explain your experiences to best answer the questions. Whereas Behavourial interview involves questions based on your interaction with people and actions on different conditions, Functional interview will be based on the technical scenarios where your engineering skills are tested. Having said that there will be no direct quiz type questions in the functional interview.
