Online assessment, followed by assessment day, the assessment day comprised of various group activities including building a bridge using straws and paper including a "call" that told us the supplier had reduced the time frame to see how we dealt under pressure. There was a very brief interview which comprised of mainly HR style competency questions and one technical question

Applied online, sent cv and completed tests. Offered an assessment centre 4 months later. Had to present 10 minute presentation on myself and why i wanted to work at Cummins UK. Then 1 on 1 interview which lasted 35 minutes. Plant tour and free lunch where we chatted to the rest of the department.
