I saw that there was a position open through my school's career website and emailed an HR representative with my resume. I had a phone interview with a manager and an engineer that went over some technical and situational questions. Two weeks later I was flown out to have an onsite interview. I interviewed with several onsite engineers, HR, and the same manager from over the phone. The questions were a mix of technical, situational and behavioral; nothing too difficult.
