I was approached through linkedin by their talent acquisition specialist. By the time i agreed on interview, the position was on freeze and would open up again in 2021. Come 2021, the recruiter reached out again to ask if id be interested, i said yes. I had one interview with a panel of 3 interviewers. The talent acquisition guy was filling in for hr manager, hiring manager and hiring manager's boss. HR guy asked behavioral related question, hiring manager asked more job description related question and his boss wanted to know more about long term plans. It was a one hour call. Pay scale around 25k to 30k aed/month can be expected.

Online application through Cummins website. After a few weeks I was contacted for an initial phone interview with Cummins corporate recruiter. Interview was pretty straight forward and to the point with general questions about prior experiences, etc. At the end of the interview I was emailed a list of five questions to be completed by the end of the day. I spent a considerable amount of time considering and writing the responses. The recruiter stated "I will be back in touch as soon as I receive the next steps from the manager". Within a week I received a stock automated denial email.
