The interview was majorly based on my experience and interests.The first round of interview was telephonic and second round was 1:1 interviews with the entire team. Cummins looks to match the interviewee with its culture and see if there is a fit. My previous experience and situational questions based on it formed the crux of the entire interview process.

I applied online. I had to fill in an online questionnaire which was followed by a phone interview. Finally, I was flown in to have a face-to-face interview. The whole process took around 3 weeks.

They asked me a bunch of behavioral questions. One question was regarding how well I work in a multi cultural group. There were no unexpected questions asked.

panel interview with behavior questions. Some questions are technical, some are just those kind of behavior questions which are not technical but hard to answer. Met with different people including hiring manager.
