The process took about 3 months.
I was invited to an assessment at Cummins Power Generation in Peterborough. The organisers helped create a relaxing atmosphere for all the candidates and tried to make it less formal as possible.
Group activity and presentation went well. Interview was about average for me as I struggled with 1 or 2 questions.
