I applied online and received an email from the recruiter in the same week. We set up a time and had a great phone discussion regarding the job responsibilities and what I could bring to the role. My next round of virtual interview was scheduled with a Senior VP and her team. They asked me to walk them through my resume and asked me specific questions about my experience in the areas they were interested in. Unlike other interviews, I was given an opportunity to freely present my case so that I could highlight what preparation I had done for the interview and my applicable skills and experience for the position. I was also given an opportunity to ask questions about my role and the company. The team also listened to the suggestions I had to provide regarding the job responsibilities. My final round of interview was with the Client - 3 Senior Directors. They asked me basic questions about my skills and experience. It was basically a vetting exercise as they had been well informed of my performance in the previous interview. I received an offer the very next day which I accepted after discussion with the Recruiter. Overall, the process was made smoother by the Recruiter, who was very responsive to me across the time zones and ensured that I had all the information needed to prep for the two interviews. The Recruiter also created a strong channel of communication between myself and the Hiring Manager.
