The first round interview with HR went well, however never heard back after they said they'd reach back out at the end of the week. Followed up via email a week later to see if they had an update, but have yet to hear back two weeks later. Even if the answer is a no, it would be respectful and nice to get a follow-up email with an update. Doesn't take much time.
