The hiring took a while. There were three rounds - initial introduction+ portfolio review, whiteboarding exercise, design task for a week, task discussion interview and HR interview (which I don't count as a round I suppose)
It was very fast and quick. They don't wait to email you on whether or not you made it to the next round. They immediately right after the interview tell you how they feel about whether or not they found they were looking for and schedule for the next call.
The design lead can see right through all decisions you make, be it in whiteboarding or design task. So yeah. Goodluck if you're applying
1. Online application: Fill a form with basic information about yourself.
2. Virtual meeting with core members: After qualification from the first round, a meeting is scheduled with the team's designers.
