Really good. Open, friendly, transparent and a clear expectation given about the stages involved. Met the key people I would be working with, communication was good, and the outcome delivered in good time.

I did a mini task for the application process, which I enjoyed doing as it gave a flavour of the role. The team took a few weeks to get in touch for an interview by which time I’d already interviewing with others, which I kept them informed about from the start. The interview panel I met were brilliant and easy to get on with. It was relaxed and informal, which put me at ease and showed me some of the culture at Cuckoo. I then did a task and presented it. Rosie who I spoke with was great at keeping me updated. It would have been even better to meet more of the team and have slightly longer time to interview, so I could ask more questions. The second interview was just enough time to present but not find out anything else about the role. Overall a happy, positive experience.
