Applied on linkedin then got a phone call the same week. Then received an email asking for a list of things before the in person interview with the owner a couple days later. The interview lasted a couple of hours (the owner likes to talk in circles and repeats himself a lot). There were no tough questions. There weren't even regular interview questions like "Give me an example of a time you disagreed with your boss." He just want's to make sure he likes your personality and if he can, he would like to find out if your catholic. 80% of the company is catholic.
