As you must have realized, ours is a small team, and we want everyone in the team to be completely on board with the concept of the app, and what we are trying to do in the consumer app space. We expect that everyone interviewing with us will go through a process of familiarizing themselves with the app and giving us suggestions on how to improve it, which is why the first round is a clear feedback round on the app. This is a process that everyone goes through.
