The whole process is very smooth. It takes around 4 weeks. First-round was a phone interview with a Quant Analyst. Second-round was with the head of the Trading team. Third-round was with the one developer of the team. The questions are mainly focused on past experience and programming ability, All interviewers are very nice and I really enjoy the time talking with them. After three rounds of interviews, I had a quick catch-up with HR and received the offer one week later.

Several rounds of technical interview. Each focusing on different things. This includes: describing past projects in detail. Table/database related questions (join/merge). Some programming questions with monotone stacks and DP. It's a long process and don't really know what to expect next.
