A 3 stage interview process - initial phone call with Josh, followed by an hour-long interview with the hiring manager, concluded with a 20 minute chat with another member of the leadership team. The offer followed straight after the final interview. Application to offer took a week and a half; first interview to offer took 8 days. From start to finish I felt very well looked after.
