I decided when I wanted to come in and interview. It was more what questions did I have than the other way around. I never felt uncomfortable or stumped. I was really only asked about myself personally and why I wanted to be an agent which are really the easiest questions I could have possibly been asked.

The principle broker covered the compensation plan including what cost they pay and what I was responsible for. He answered all my questions and clarified the ones I wasn't sure about. Overall I left feeling that all the important issues were covered clearly and honestly
