I found the interview question line in the panels interesting and actually tailored to the SRE/Devops space, more so than just throwing hackerrank or leetcode questions to the candidate. I wasn't quite what they needed with my background and experience, which I think is a fair assessment. The recruiter did close the loop with me, and gave feedback that was actionable constructive criticism both of which are quite rare, so kudos to that.
