A recruited got my resume from a headhunter, then reached out to me to schedule a quick meeting. In the meeting he merely told me I didn't fit the role after a very quick self-introduction which was basically a brief summary of my resume. He told me "I didn't want to waster your time". So why didn't he even have a look a my resume before the meeting? I have never seen such unprofessional recruiters.
