The horrible recruiting process here is an accurate representation of their not so great company culture and broken processes. After starting the process here, I've had countless acquaintances and friends telling me to stay away, yet I decided to continue wasting my time here. Horrid process took over 2 months from start to finish. Told recruiter on our first chat that I have a tight deadlines for other offers, but that feedback was ignored and they just kept dragging things out for no reason. After reading about all of the horror stories on Blind and Glassdoor, I was so utterly turned off by the interview process and reviews that I wouldn't have accepted an offer anyways. Good luck to those who already signed and joined, you're not missing out if you pass on Cruise.
