I interviewed for the role through a recruitment agency and had the opportunity to meet with the APAC Leader followed by the VP of HR.
The overall experience was very positive. The interview process felt structured yet conversational. The questions were realistic and practical, focusing on real-life scenarios rather than theoretical or “trick” questions. It felt like they genuinely wanted to understand how I think, solve problems, and partner with the business.
Both interviewers came across as grounded and approachable. The APAC Leader demonstrated strong leadership presence without being intimidating, and the VP of HR asked thoughtful, people-centric questions. The atmosphere was professional but humanised — there was mutual respect in the conversation, and it didn’t feel hierarchical or ego-driven.
Overall, it was a refreshing interview experience with leaders who appear authentic and aligned with business realities.
