The process is pretty bad, due you have to complete Typing and Excel test, if you pass the tests, HR will schedule you an interview, mandatory you have to approve the tests that I think is not that important because they didn’t see your experience, qualities that you can provide to the company; is required in the Typing text 95% of accuracy with 7500 words and Excel 70% of accuracy I just get 7200 in the Typing text and 65% in Excel, they didn’t see I have a Bachelor Degree, a Master Degree more than 10 years of experience fluent in English and Spanish, I didn’t get the interview, I thing is more important the qualities and studies than the Typing and Excel skills, is very frustrate for a professional as me. I do not recommend to apply there because they do not consider the important things at the time of hiring.
