I interviewed with a number of people and boy was it a waste of time. I was referred to Crowe by a friend and then a recruiter contacted me about doing some interviews. Every person I met said that I would be a great fit to the organization. I had a number of interviews with various partners. At the final stage of my interviews I was told that Crowe was interested but they didn't have any openings for my particular position. Honestly they were just too cheap and didn't want to pay the industry standard pay. I was just taken back by them completely. Glad they couldn't make up their minds. I accepted a position with their competitor and I'm ready to show them where they went wrong. Being cheap doesn't always pay off.
