I submitted my resume at a career fair. I was contacted a week or so later to schedule an interview. I had two 30 minute one-on-one interviews, each with a partner. The next round was an office visit day with one more 30 minute interview with a partner. Everything was very relaxed and comfortable, just trying to determine if it's the right fit for both you and the company.

Entrevista
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.
