Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en Crowe LLP (New York, NY) en oct 2013

The process was through my University's OCR process. Each one of us interviewed with a partner and senior manager on campus for 30 minutes a piece. Each had different approach to their interviews. The partner was more technical and specific while the senior manager wanted to get more of a feel of your personality and how your brain clicks. It was formal vs informal to say it best. It was actually not stressful at all. This was for the NYC office, so I'm not sure how other offices administer their OCR process. 2 weeks later we got called in for an official office visit where we had a very informal interview with a partner and then had lunch. There wasn't anything intense or intimidating about the whole process. They really try to sell themselves as a contrast to the Big 4.

There wasn't anything that stood out as difficult, but a question that surprised me was, "What makes you different from each one of your classmates?" I had a good answer as I have lots of experience in many different fields, but it wasn't something that I expected

The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.

It began with a screening process with a recruiter, then a 20-30 minute interview with a partner. The interview was pretty laid back and more conversational. My entire interview process was virtual.
