1st interview I had were with two managers - one audit manager and one HR manager. the type of interview is behavioral based questions. Those are the typical interview questions HR normally conduct.

Partner and one principal was involved in the interview. They asking questions based on your resume. The interview takes about 30 mins to end. They are nice and friendly which makes the interview not so nervous
