I applied online. The position was listed as full time, but when I got to the interview it turned out they hadn't decided whether it was full time or part time yet. The interviewer was also late. I went through several rounds and was ghosted in the end. As the program was undecided, I feel that they were partly using the process to get information about developing the position and to see what kind of candidates are out there, rather than actually being serious about the process. I tried to be flexible, but I feel like my time was wasted.
