The process was very sluggish considering the situation of the company. Having ready the reviews, I noticed there were several discrepancies in the company but I thought I'd go ahead and apply anyway. I submitted my resume on a Thursday afternoon, received a phone call the following day at 8:14AM but I was not able to get to it in time. I received a voicemail regarding an interview to be scheduled. The message was 5 minutes long, email, phone number and name of the recruiter was included. What surprised me was why the recruiter didn't just email me prior to just calling. I went ahead and called her back at 8:44AM and again in the afternoon, she didn't pick up, so I emailed her twice. Come Monday, she emails me and agrees with the time I proposed. Tuesday comes by, I called and emailed to let her know that I've accepted another job and wish her in the search for a candidate. She didn't reply back to congratulate or anything. Of the dozens of companies I've dealt with, this is the only one that didn't respond back in any manner. I understand the process of interviews and the system but it didn't seem like she was doing her job at all. Her and the companies loss in great talent, not mine.
