The process was quite long, with significant gaps in communication and limited visibility regarding next steps or continuity. In addition, there was a situation where an interviewer didn’t show up for the meeting, and I had to proactively inform Recruiting, as they were not aware of it. The interview was then rescheduled. Overall, I believe there are opportunities to improve the communication flow throughout the process and the candidate experience.
