The interview was easy enough, I just walked in for an open interview. With the location manager and regional manager. Just be honest.
The whole hiring process is a little involved. You have to get checked for immunizations which takes roughly a week to complete (TB shot just under the skin). Then orientation is for 3 days in Charlotte.

The only one that caught me off guard was "What's your 2 year plan?"
Easy dependent upon hiring manager. Come prepared to talk about yourself and cleanly dressed. Be willing to start as part time if necessary and accept full time positions as they become available.

Asked a bunch of questions but seem to be quite easy. Walked through the facility to show what need to be done and what not to touch. Told me about the company.
