Began the process with a preliminary phone interview reviewing position. A week later I came in and received a long tour of the beautiful facility. This is an entry level position so former experience with this population is not required. Interview was very brief, asked why I wanted to work at the school, my past experiences, age preference for students, and answered all my questions.
