Interview with Robots! I worked in 4 different international companies and this was the first time my English was evaluated like a 5-year-old kid., reapeting phrases for a machine evaluation. If they are looking for robots the evaluation is perfect

very grueling and demanding. Various types of test, from cognitive (timed) to interpretation of English which prove more difficult than it should as they test your speaking ability by saying a phrase and then you have to remember it and say it again which is more a play on short-term memory than your ability to speak the language properly, they should have people read sentences.

The job offer regarded AI. For a manager you needed to really know how to use AI in a level outside of the usual.
Extremely focused on cognitive aptitudes of applicants. First filter includes a 40 questions-test against the clock. Also considers an English Test, as well as a very close approach to what you would de doing as part of you role accountability.
