After a series of online proctored tests on English, aptitude and skills assessments. I qualified for the interview stage. I was asked questions based on the previous assessment. The previous assessment was a skill based one where I had to install an application and solve some tickets.

I passed everything and had 47 in CCAT, 100% in everything. Passed their one on one interview! offered me a job that I accepted. I was asked to take another CCAT called proctored CCAT and I was told it's the same. I found out that they are entirely different.
IF YOU ARE IN THE PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR JOB HERE, PREPARE FOR A DIFFERENT PCAT!

The interview process includes a difficult psychometric test with 50 questions that you must answer in 15 minutes, quite a tall order. Preparation, and deep preparation is key if one wants to pass

Wow. There's a lot of salt out here in these interview reviews. Most of the people leaving a negative review are doing so because they failed the CCAT.
It's like they didn't read that Crossover only hires top talent. But, I guess that's why they fail answering general aptitude questions.
That said, the intitial hurdle to jump over, the CCAT, is a little difficult. I'm very sharp and I had a little trouble with it. I didn't answer all the questions, but I still placed in the top 93%. This is the stage where most of the people are cut. You just gotta have the juice, yo.
After that, it wasn't all that difficult. I had to install some software and answer questions about how I did it. Some of the questions were about the difficult parts where knowledge is needed to overcome obstacles.
Once that part is done, you have to pass an English speaking test. It was super easy.
And then you are given some tickets from customers who are experiencing issues with the software you previously installed and you have to submit a reply to them.
If you pass allllll those tests, and you do well, you get a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face was pleasant and it was more like a chat to make sure all the expectations are in order and that everything will be a good fit.
I'm now a month into their training program after having been hired and I can say that I am glad that I followed through with applying. This is an awesome job if you are living in a poor part of the world.
