The application process is bizarre. I have over 30 years of experience and am quite accomplished in my field and have run billion dollar companies. At this stage of my career, I thought a remote job would be great so I can still work but not have a big commute. In the first stage, they sent me some sort of logic test with a 15 minute timer. There were literally no questions related to finance at all. I answered all the questions but then it just popped up that I failed and they told me I could re-apply in 6 months. I can assure you that determining whether a circle or square can complete a pattern have literally nothing to do with my abilities and expertise in my field. The test is not an assessment of anyone's abilities.

This thing looks like a scam. They make you take tests, tell you, you are among the very few who passed the tests, and then get a rejection email with no explanation. All online, no human interaction. It looks like they are just gathering your data, and there never was a job. Not serious. Well that is a good training for tests. But it is a joke, really.
