I didn't know what to tell about the second step "Cognitive Aptitude", the most horrible thing I've ever gone through, I'm OK with the IQ questions, Really I like IQ tests, but this thing not IQ, they test my English skills most words I've to choose from I've not heard of in my life, as non native speaker I can read/write/speak normal English that is sufficient for work not this stuff you need to search in Oxford dictionary, so bad experience I wish I've not gone through and will not try to again, extremely bad!!

Most of the interview process was automated. Participating in a well-guided interview process proved to be incredibly beneficial, yielding valuable insights and providing me with constructive feedback that significantly aided my professional growth and development
