The interview was fairly straightforward and standard. Toward the end, we discussed sending a homework assignment as part of the next interview phase. However, a few days later, I received a rejection email without ever receiving the assignment. The lack of follow-through was disappointing as it felt misleading. In hindsight, I’m glad things worked out this way, Very unprofessional behavior.
