It was a full day interview process that was hosted by an outsourced recruiter (Pareto Law). There wasn't a lot of interaction with anyone from the company which made things a bit difficult. I also don't think the process was a good way to find out who the most successful candidates were.

The interview process was very thorough and efficient. They got back to me within a few days of applying and I had a phone interview soon after. You then meet with 2 managers for your second interview. The second interview was mostly casual, with an emphasis on getting to know you as an individual, rather than just asking typical questions. The final step was a meeting with the VP of sales and that process was fairly quick and mostly seemed like a formality at that point.
