Good experience speaking with the Talent Aquisition Manager. Was then set a task with errors designed to “catch people out” for not researching properly - which should have been a red flag. The panel interview was a role play. The way I approached the task did not align with Cronofy’s sales approach. Instead of being curious and asking why I approached it in that way the CEO said “it was wrong”, I found him to be rude, disrespectful to my time, lacking in charm and closed of to diverse thinking.
