The interview process is not like any other companies interview process. They just contacted me to by mail first and called me & told me to do convert a PSD to entire website and gave me 2 days time to complete, which i did, wasting my time at least it took 2-3 hours to design a website. And at last after 3 days they contacted me and scheduled a skype interview which went really well. But after that they contacted me and told they'll let me know soon. Its has been almost a month they have not contacted me or anything. I feel like i wasted at least 5-6 hours on the interview procedure, i'm not even sure if they had the requirement or not.
Here Some advice to management, you don't ask people who attend your interview to create a end to end website and even if you have ask have the courtesy to inform them if they have selected or not. Have some sense of others people time. On the other hand i'm not judging the people who took my interview, but my interview went well, i know my work. i know how well i do my work, it seems like they did not plan or already hired guys, they just were trying to have interview process for namesake.
