Quick, offered job same day. Had to do a quick SWOT analysis of store and answer basic questions. "Why this company" etc. very informal interview, phoned me about an hour later to offer me the job and asked me to come back in the same day to sign contract. The company were really efficient in getting me started and I was fully trained around a week after my interview. The interview took place in the managers office and I was questioned on all aspects of management and standard questions on motivation.
