I was connected by the recruiter. I had the first phone interview with her and it followed by a role play with the Hiring Manager on the phone. I could not proceed to the next step after this one.

In the role play I was selling the solution of the company I worked for at the time. The Hiring Manager asked me how we differentiate from the competition and why as the client they should move forward with us.
