      Entrevista

      The process began with a brief call which led to a test edit. Once the test edit was completed, I came in for a more comprehensive interview. There I was introduced to the other cinematographers and interviewed by the Director of Operations and the Director of Content. Everyone in the office was very friendly and it was a fairly quick and easy interview.

      Entrevista

      Interview process was long and tedious. Interviewers were consistently late for scheduled times, citing that they had other important things to attend to. This was understandable, until my final interview, where I showed up 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic - I was greeted at the door and rudely told that they were throwing my application out on the spot, after weeks of interviews, because being late was "non-negotiable" and "unacceptable." Generally, I would agree with them, especially when the lack of punctuality exceeds 15 minutes, which was consistently how late they were for interviews. The hypocrisy and disrespect is laughable. Apparently being late (and by only 5 minutes!) is only unacceptable and non-negotiable for those who are interviewing, not the company, which apparently reserves the right to waste as much of their interviewees time as they see fit. Would never work for this company, and urge others to seek employment elsewhere. If that's the way they treat interviewees, I can't imagine how poorly they treat employees.
