After passing all technical and coding test levels hiring manager asked me to join under his team but HR suddenly sent mail that my expectation does not aligned with their offer. Fun part is that HR didn't discuss with me regarding any kind of official or unofficial offer. I think it is not professional to say expectation is not in alignment without even discussing with candidate. At least a counter offer should have been sent through mail instead. In fact when I asked HR about where is my counter offer with what you are finding the difference, then also I didn't get any logical response. So it seems there are lot of problems in terms of clarity of internal processes. The hiring team should be more professional. Thanks anyway.
