The hiring process was very disorganized. While the company requires candidates to have a high-speed computer and internet with backups for both, the recruiter had a noisy background and provided little clarity regarding the job description or next steps. To make matters worse, I was ghosted for a second scheduled interview and received neither a rescheduling email nor an apology.
