Screen with outsourced recruiter, followed by 30 minutes with the hiring manager, then a 60 minute panel interview with four people, then another 30 minute call with a VP. I'm told there was another round but I didn't get there. In all, it was pretty standard interview fare asking about background, some technical questions that didn't go as deep as many technical interviews I've done. Most were largely conversational and enjoyable and everyone was very friendly. However, after the FOURTH stage, I got told they were going with someone else and there was no specific feedback, with the role being reposted two days before my third round. Four total interviews over two weeks for this role is a significant time investment and it's hard not to be insulted by a lack of feedback after that.
